Imagine a 360 degree version of beach volleyball, but with a small circular net on the ground. The game played in two teams of two, who have up to three touches to hit the ball on to the taught net. The play now changes possession to the other team, who have three touches to get it back. The rally continues until one team can't return the ball!

We had an amazing time at the UK Nationals this year! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and it was great to play in my first tournament!
